"Run for the hills! This company was awful to work with on all aspects of the transaction. They knew we had a back to back closing (selling and buying) they "closed" without their clients funds being wired, they allowed their client to wire the ends at the end of the day so the funds came late and postponed our closing. Then they made an error and did not release our proceed funds due to a mistake on their end which then postponed our closing to the next day. It also took days for them to mail the settlement statement and expenses to the other closing company. Awful customer service all around!"
