"I did not have a good experience with Midwest Disability. After I had my court date, I could not get anyone to call me back. For almost 4 months I called and would leave a message with my lawyer or case manager to call me back and they never called me back. After getting the court decision, I called to talk to my lawyer to see if we will be appealing. I was told he would call back either that Friday or on Monday. On Tuesday I got an email from Midwest Disability telling me we are not appealing. They didn't call and talk to me personally. If I had known this is how they treat people, I would have gone with someone else. Think twice before going with Midwest Disability. See what is out there and get a second opinion."
