The UPS Store

"Was just here to drop off amazon packages. I had 6 packages. One of the packages was to be packed by me per amazon. I had it in a shipping bag but it wasn't sealed completely. I asked for one piece of tape. The young girl on duty told me it would be 2 dollars for a piece of tape. Just wow. I can see why this store has a terrible Google rating. Just wow. @gin McCabe I think we had the same blonde girl. Long blond hair? Same. Im sure. Omg. Ur review made me laugh out loud. So true."

"This DMV is staffed with incredibly kind people. They follow the rules and some people want short cuts and come unprepared and blame the staff for their mistakes. But I’ll never go anywhere else. Everyone deserves a raise."

"I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes! The girl at the front was very helpful! I’m not sure of her name, but she’s got blonde hair and piercings. I didn't know what size box I needed for the item I was mailing, and she helped me pick one that was the perfect size.I had never been to this UPS location before so this was a pleasant first visit."

"I visited this location in Savage, MN this morning to return a package to the Czech Republic. Taylor was awful to work with. She was detached and unhelpful, and had a negative and condescending attitude toward me. I brought in the original packaging and label from the sender in which the item was shipped to me (which was also through UPS). Taylor asked me for a postal code, but I am not familiar with the Czech Republic and did not have anything other than what was provided by the sender. It was clear Taylor was unwilling to help me, and she kept telling me she needed a postal code even after I told her I did not have it. She even told me to look it up. I asked her to do that, given that she works at the UPS Store (a shipping company) and would be more well-equipped to do so. Once Taylor actually attempted to look it up, she found the postal code without issue. Throughout my interactions with Taylor, she seemed completely annoyed with me and with her job. It is clear that Taylor does not enjoy her job and is not well-versed in standard customer service etiquette. She either needs significant training and oversight, or she needs to be terminated. Based on her behavior and interactions today, I am of the opinion that Taylor should not be in a customer-facing role."
