"They really need to adjust the carbonation level on their soda fountain. A large cup filled to the top with Mello yello renders a half inch of liquid in the bottom of the cup when the foam dies down. It takes 5 iterations of filling the cup, wait for the foam to go down and repeat to fill a large cup with beverage. Otherwise, the visit is ideal."

"I normally go through the drive thru, and some days, it's fast. Some days, it's slow. I don't expect super service because it's fast food and it's young kids and their first job. What I do want is my food, correct, and that happens about 75% of the time. That's not great. I want hot fries, that's about 50% of the time. So my thought is that the try is not always there. I get it. Fast food was one of my first jobs, too, but I tried. I'm not saying it's all of them, just some. Might be a bad day who knows. Still, I'll go back for the food."

"So this is fast food and not fine dinning, but still it is disappointing. I try to avoid this place, but I keep thinking that maybe this time it will be better, shame on me. I have to place my own order, process my payment, and fill my own pop all without an employee discount.I wonder when they are going to make us make our own food. I prefer going inside to hopefully get my order and maybe get fresh hot fries instead of cold fries that have been sitting in the tray for too long. The worst part of the whole experience is how gross the beverage station is. There are fruit flies swarming around almost every time and the station is always messy every time I go to this store. This store is always busy, I guess this doesn't seem to bother others as much as it does me."

"We attempted to visit a McDonalds in Prior Lake, Mn. Upon arriving at 11:45pm (store closure states 12am) we were told by a man who identified himself as the manager they were only taking orders for drinks and ice cream. This is odd to me based on the fact they are a food establishment and that is their main menu. The gentleman chose not to serve us due to it being close to closing time. However I feel if they are open until 12am they should not consider the store closed until 12am and refuse service to customers sooner than that time to ensure they end their night at store closure 12am. It should be after store closed when their kitchen closes as they are a food establishment. When I asked the the manager the gentleman on the intercom stated he was the manager and I asked for his name stating Id like to contact cooperate and he refused and when asked again he chose to ignore the intercom. I proceeded to the window to identify the manager whom stood in the window and yelled and screamed out the window at me stating he was not consenting to me identifying him. Very unprofessional and sad representation of the McDonalds brand. State your store hours and stick to them. Denying service because you want to get off at store closure time is not right. The shift should end a time after 12am to allow for kitchen closure not at listed closure time posted to customers. I would ask this manager be trained more effectively to serve patrons at store posted hours and have better skills in communication with customers as in my opinion Its imperative to have a successful business."

"We've had multiple poor experiences at this location and tonight was the worst. Ordered a happy meal with cheeseburger no onion for our daughter. Came with chicken nuggets, pulled back around and stated we received wrong order, this took 20 minutes and the cheeseburger is raw in the middle. I'll never go to this location ever again, mismanaged and people don't care if your order is correct."
