"“Do you want a receipt?” Hell yes. Always get your Tracking number receipt at this location. If sending multiple returns, check it for accuracy before you leave the store. Have had both returns go missing and tracking numbers that didn’t get included on a receipt. Once receipted, their business is flawless. It’s not the employees."

"This is my go-to neighborhood UPS Store. Recently I made two orders from Madewell on the same day which were delivered in multiple packages. There was an issue with how Madewell’s website passed my shipping information to the UPS store and one of the packages was not labeled with my name. Staff were forced to open that package to see who it was actually for. When I came to pick them up I was given two of the packages but they had difficulty locating the third. I sent an email to the store’s primary customer service email address and received prompt help from Judy to resolve the issue. Staff found the missing package and did not charge me for the days it had been missing. I felt like my issue was taken seriously and I was happy it was resolved quickly."
