"Very rude staff. No one else was in the store, and the one woman acted like I was completely bothering her when I asked if I could print something. She was annoyed that I had asked another question about labels. I ended up leaving to take my business elsewhere. The Rogers, MN UPS has much nicer staff."

"I have used this UPS location for Amazon returns, for both personal and business packages. I've also used the store for shipping personal and business packages, as well as copy services. I've always found everyone to be professional and friendly while handling my business. I've seen plenty of customers who treat the employees rudely. This seems to be more of an issue since the Covid pandemic, which obviously caused huge amounts of stress for all of us. Customer service jobs are always the most difficult jobs when you have to deal with an impatient or rude customer. Consider that next time you have a need involving customer service."

"Ann and her staff are so helpful! Services I've used here: Amazon returns, copying, getting documents notarized. Also, mailing packages and they always help you with several options for the sending, and the actual packaging, if needed. Recently I used their print services to have a sign made for my small business. I definitely recommend!"

"Unfortunately I can only rate based on my experience for the particular service I went to this store for; an amazon return. The return itself was easy enough. I handed over the item, they scanned my return code on my phone, I was given a tracking number as a receipt and left. After about 3 weeks of not getting my refund I checked the tracking number. It said "label created not yet shipped." I called the store and spoke to a woman (assuming it was the owner same voice as their voicemail message) who seemed annoyed I was calling about an amazon return and kept asking "did you read the back of the receipt it says what happens" Well yes I read it can take up to 2 weeks for amazon to process but its been 3 weeks now and the tracking number shows it hasn't been shipped... She claimed it was not an actual tracking number just a reference number so it wouldn't actually tell me anything. She grudgingly took the number I was provided and simply said "yup its just a reference number you need to speak to amazon about your problem." She couldn't confirm whether it was actually shipped or not and didn't seem interested in looking into it further. Long story short about 6 weeks after I dropped the item off I complained enough tot amazon that they issued the refund without ever getting the item. Based on other reviews I am not alone in this experience here."
