"Shrimp undercooked, meat fatty not good quality. Prices are outrageous, food was not good. Asked for black tea the lady told me pumpkin spice and that’s what she brought. It’s march and it’s a Chinese restaurant why do we have pumpkin spice tea! When I brought the food to the attention of the restaurant. The server said I had to pay full price even though I could not eat the food."

"Food: I'm shocked how they managed to make the food taste like nothing. They've certainly gone downhill over the last few years. The Peking chicken had zero spice although it's advertised as spicy, cream cheese wontons were soggy, eggrolls were mediocre, egg foo young was ok, and our other two orders were not even the right meal that we ordered. Service: Waiting time was maybe an hour, although I was told 15-20 minutes. I showed up at 20 minutes and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of that. There was like zero people in the restaurant or picking up orders so I don't know how it took them so long to make tasteless food. Atmosphere: An older lady at the front desk has accosted me in the past, suggesting I order more rice because I'm a big person. This time she charged my credit card, then I was there so long (again, the only person there) that she asked me if I had already paid for my food. Yes, I did pay for my food, although I regret doing so because it tasted like nothing. I'll make sure to order again when I want to spend $65 to feed my family food that tastes and smells like nothing."

"Absolutely phenomenal. I've never had better Chinese food than from what I had here today. I moved away about 10 years ago but was back in the area today and wanted to see if it was as good as I remembered and it blew my mind. There is so much flavor here while others places can't hope to compete. It's the same staff as back then and they are so welcoming. This place will be my regular excuse to visit Champlin. Please, just give it a try"

"Let's start out with the food. This is our go to place for Chinese food, it's that good. Now service... If you call in a take out order you'll be told "25-35 min"... Double that if not triple that wait time. The last order we placed took 75 min to be filled. Knowing this, plan accordingly. The food is that good we accept the wait time for what it is."
