I have been working with them for several years now and have always had an outstanding experience with them. I work directly with Kelly Davis, and she is always friendly, dedicated and on the ball! She does her best to solve the inevitable issues that arise, and keeps a positive attitude that makes it easier to work together to solve them instead of the usual broker of response of "too bad, not my problem". So kudos to her and the whole KTI team!"

"Stay away! Cheap Company. Booked a load on 2/1 for pick up Friday 2/3 on Thursday, broker emails me saying he was just informed we needed to scale prior to shipper, I said OK NP is it a free scale or will you reimburse that? Broker replies with, he has to remove me from load as he can not pay for it, I the carrier, have to pay out of pocket, mind you it was a cheap 44k load, on top of that he wants me to pay for his load. Another note, he didnt just find that out as he runs this load weekly."
