"Outstanding service!!! I recently used this UPS store for a very fragile shipment and their service was amazing ! My shipment contained over 30 very breakable items. Each item was handled with great care! All arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was superb - using enough wrap to protect the item but not too much to raise the cost. Shipping and wrapping cost were very reasonable. Keith has been phenomenal to work with! I have worked with many UPS stores in my area (Texas) and across the US, this store is -by far- the best one! Quick shipping- fantastic packaging and super customer service. I wish this store was in my area! I wish I could award more than 5 stars. "If I could give more than 5 stars I would... I had a recent experience where it appeared a very important and time sensitive package was delivered to the wrong address. I first called the general UPS customer service line and was so frustrated with their "service" but after reaching out to the MG store directly, I spoke with Sophie first who was so calm and direct and understanding. She then connected me with the owner, Keith, who treated me with such care and was so invested in the successful resolution of my issue. The way they handled my issue was customer service at its finest! Thank you so much, Keith!!"

We came in close to closing time to make some Amazon returns and she was so kind and happy and efficient in labeling and shipping everything. She also helped us find the most cost-efficient packaging for what we were sending. She could have been annoyed we were there close to closing time but instead she was so pleasant, friendly, and engaging!! Definitely recognize her if you can!! :)"
