UPS Authorized Shipping Provider

"Absolutely zero respect for home owners...enter your domain without permission if the garage door is open...then proceed to argue with the home owner when confronted about doing so...if I have a choice of couriers I would choose otherwise. Then when I went to the customer service to pick up my packages the light duty work is another story...she left one package short requiring me to make a second trip as they courier has put me on a do not deliver list...isn't that nice of them ?"

"No Amazon drop off must have a UPS shipping label on it and they don't give out receipts either. Would not recommend going there You reply does no good when you don't offer any services at your location"

"It's a bit confusing at first, Google takes you to the address, but the drop-off is actually inside a NAPA. There is a sign on the front window. Guys inside were helpful."

"Dropped off a FedEx package by accident and the kind lady working behind the desk said "We have already brought your package over to the FedEx location on your behalf". That is five star service!"

"I asked google where the nearest UPS drop off was. It guided me there via gps. Well drove around in circles in a little strip mall with google maps telling me I was there. Well turns out it’s inside a Napa Auto store that I drove by more times than I can count. Finally went in a few surrounding stores to ask where A UPS Drop off was, no one knew. The 4th store I checked was a Napa Auto, they said yep this is the place. I said no sign or nothing. Oh they said they did but fell down last week. Wasn’t really aware UPS had drop offs in other establishments. They certainly didn’t have it marked and when I looked it up to get google maps it just said UPS. Very frustrating cause I decided to try this cause this wasn’t to far away from my home where as the “real” UPS Stores are a long ways from me. I have Amazon Prime and pretty much buy things from you daily and have things that might not fit or … from time to time. And also you just recently won’t go to my town to deliver a lot of things where as you did until recently. What’s up with that BTW? So it’s becoming kind of inconvenient for me to justify being a Prime member anymore and also raising your membership fees. That’s all, I’ll see how it goes for a little while, but I’m really considering different options at this point."
