"This company is poorly managed. They expect a 5 yr. old to walk over a 1/4 mile to cross a busy street to a school he doesn't go to. Then take a bus from there another 1/4 mile to the school he does goes too. I will not let him cross a busy street at 5yrs old. I would drive him there and since it's just another 1/4 to his school it makes more sense to drive him to his own school. Hoglund also messed things up twice when I signed him up. So I re-signed him up on a later date that Hoglund told me to. They got back to me and stated they will let me know when he can ride the bus. Hello, schools in session. He should be aloud to ride ( when he want's to ) the very next day after signing up."

"I am saddened by a recent business decision made by a young, local merchant. A few weeks ago my daughter hired A+ Taxi from Monticello to pick up my wife and me from the Twin Cities airport, a contract that bears a $100 flat-rate. As in the past, my daughter asked to be picked up in Big Lake to ride along in the taxi so she could greet us as we arrived. This year wires got crossed as A+ Taxi charged my daughter $200 assuming two transactions – one to drop my daughter off, and the second to pick us up. When I called A+ to explain that there was only one transaction and that my daughter only rode along so she could be there to greet us it was confirmed that A+ had assumed two transactions and that the owner, Adam would call me back so we could clear up the confusion. Adam called, sounded very defensive, offered to reduce the price by $50, all the while threatening litigation claiming I would lose. His posture surprised me as we had already rendered payment, and without fact-checking immediately jumped to threatening a lawsuit. The reason I am saddened is that we have used A+ Taxi several times over the past few years, and our son and daughter have ridden along without charge as the flat rate adequately covers their service. I feel as though this time a decision was made to sacrifice a business relationship for an immediate $50.00."
