"Had a appointment secluded for 3:50pm and got stuck in traffic called to see if we can be 5 to 10mins late and they wanted us to reschedule after driving from wellington,NV only to get turned around waste gas and them try to reschedule us on January 10th when it's dec 22 right now. Shows how they have sympathy for Animals and shows they really don't care. I would not recommend this veterinarian for your Animals."

"This was my first visit here for our new kitten, Elton. The office is clean and pleasant, with an office staff that was friendly and helpful. We got into our appointment right on time and Elton felt comfortable with the friendly nurse. She gently scooped him up right out of his carriage and got all of his vitals done. When the doctor came in for his first shot and checkup, he was extremely comfortable with her. Dr. Sanford has a wonderful bedside approach and soft interaction with animals. She is an absolutely perfect match for our little Elton and his veterinary concerns."
