"Primrose has been the best decision we’ve made for our little one! My child has been at Primrose since 12 weeks old (now 1 year) and we have had the most amazing experience. The teachers always make us feel seen and heard, and I never have to worry if my baby is safe or being cared for properly. Not to mention that with the amount of children and parents they see, they always seem to know who I am and welcome my child by name. I could not recommend this facility more. They feel like extended family!"

"Primrose is a wonderful school. My daughter has been there since it opened and loves it 1.5 years later. Primrose has nurturing teachers, convenient pick up and drop off times, a diversity of healthy snacks and meals, compassionate administrators, and a lovely community of parents. They have date night options as well as camps for school breaks for my older child. Their curriculum is fun, creative, and developmentally appropriate, with dance and sports extras. My 4 year old has school readiness skills and phonetic awareness that rivals what my son, who attended a play based day care, had at the end of kindergarten. As a full time working mom, I am so impressed by the school and thankful for this high quality and reliable care."

"Our daughter has been enrolled in the Early Preschool class since the school opened in fall 2021, and we have been absolutely thrilled with the care and education she's receiving. When we started at Primrose, we were in the process of having her evaluated by the state's Early Intervention program due to her severe speech delay - after four months at Primrose, she was gaining words so quickly and so close to the milestones there wasn't a need for additional services. We directly attribute this to how well the Primrose Reno curriculum is structured and executed, and feel so fortunate we are able to have Kes somewhere that's helping her blossom. Frankly, if we'd kept her home or had her in a bigger, less-education-oriented daycare center, we know the results of the evaluation would have come out differently."

"We could not be happier with Primrose. My children have both been in daycare since 4 months of age since my husband and I both work full time. I have had experience with many preschools, teachers, managers, owners and thus far none compare. It seems every teacher, even if my children haven't been in their classroom, know my kids, say hi and greet them with big hugs! My daughter has a big personality and my son, more reserved. It's so comforting to know they cater to both of my kids' needs in ways that work with their personalities - these teachers truly know my kids. I initially transitioned them to Primrose after not feeling satisfied with what my son was learning at our previous daycare. Within a month he was writing his ABC's, his name, correctly counting syllables, etc. I truly appreciate their dedication to keeping their doors open, i.e. during inclement weather (of course while always ensuring their staff safety), knowing many of us parents would not otherwise have childcare. The hours and meals are also a plus! I highly recommend this school."

"We are so happy with the care our daughter receives at Primrose School of South Reno. All of her teachers have been great and very communicative with us! There are always fun activities and crafts planned for the kids, all of which we are updated on throughout the day. They actually weaned her completely off her pacifier while she is there, which is INSANE because we have been unsuccessful with that task at home! It's nice to know they strive to actually interact with her, rather than just giving her a pacifier so she will quiet down. Additionally, our daughter is on a gluten free diet, which they have been able to accommodate well. The owners, Bethany and Alonzo, are some of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever meet. Leaving your child in someone else's care is really hard, but we feel completely confident in Primrose and their staff."
