"We absolutely LOVED our first time experiencing Berlin! If you are coming to socialize heavily, maybe choose somewhere different. We went for an intimate evening and it was absolutely superb. Our server Carly was outstanding and all other staff were attentive while being subtle, the decor and layout are extremely thoughtful, truly creating a whole experience. The prawns and sourdough with bacon butter were 10/10. Also great mocktail options, and delicious coffee. So glad this venue is thriving, we will definitely be making a regular date night here! (Twin Talk was a WHOLE vibe, I loved a space to appreciate the music and am so excited to see what else is on the calendar for the coming months!)"

"Stopped in last night for a couple drinks and live music. The bar has a really unique atmosphere that we really enjoyed. We both had old fashioneds which were very good. The bar tender was very attentive and helpful. Really enjoyed our time here"

"What a cool experience at Berlin! We arrived right when the live music started and were told if it would be a 2.5-3 hour wait. There was standing room with drink service available while we waited for a table to be ready. We were able to be seated in just under an hour! Several different employees helped either serve or assist us throughout the evening, including taking our coats while we were standing. I was impressed with the service despite the packed room. For drinks, we ordered an old fashioned, espresso martini, and sidecar. All were pretty standard in taste and value. I did think the food was a bit lacking in portion size and flavor for the price. Overall, I felt this first experience was worth the wait, though next time I return will likely be at a time it is less busy."

"Get there early to avoid an uncomfortable wait whilst pressing your body up against the wall. It's a great venue and the acts are what the twin cites have been missing: classy straightforward jazz. Prawns were excellent. The triple creme cheese could have used some tart and punchy fruit spread instead of the too-subtle honey. The sourdough baguette was decent but we weren't the biggest fan of the bacon chive spread. I hope they tweak the menu and get some mocktails. The shrub was too sweet for my taste and I was left wanting something light but still complex. Servers were excellent and attentive. I'm so thankful to have this jazz venue in MPLS. Thank you!"
