"The lady workin front counter couldn't be sweeter! I appreciate my curly fries hot & fresh! Thanks! But this low rating is thanks to whomever made our sandwiches. Every time..... always an issue puttin the food together in absolute carelessness! The roast beef sandwiches w/ 3 slices of meat. My bacon swiss chicken sandwich missing bacon & drenched in so much honey mustard it makes it a slimy, overpowering glob of soggy bread & lettus. I wiped off as much as i could & its still so drenched that i cant eat it. I understand its fast food, but its expensive & a complete waste! Restaurant is always clean, employees are always kind. Just sloppy w/ putting together food like you're too high to do it right.... come on!"

"Cold food, offered only to replace fries. So they wanted me to drive all the way back just to get what they screwed up the first time, so they can hopefully get it right the second time. Gas and time I guess are worth $0 for customers. Take your $ somewhere where hot food is actually what you receive and you get food you actually want to eat."

"After 5 years or more I decided to give Arbys a try since I saw their Cheesesteak and Gyro sandwich’s introduced. I actually passed on ordering Chk Flt with my wife since it was next door. Compared to CF which was 20 minutes in drive thru, Arbys was fast at 5 and friendly. My cheesesteak and curly fries however were a huge letdown to say the best. First the sandwich was soggy and smashed. The meat was minimal pic makes it look like a ton but was spread out to show inside, as were the overcooked slivers of onion/peppers. The cheese tho was what destroyed it. I love whiz but this was soapy and waxy at the same time. I made it halfway and gave up. At 7.50 it was a waste. The fries started out ok as what became my main meal at $4 for a medium fries but also failed me halfway. They clearly scraped the bottom of the pan to try to make it a medium size. This was all at about 6:15 pm so freshness should have been at its peak so no late nite excuse for poor quality. It’ll be hard to convince me to try again in the next 5 years."

"Food is always great portions tend to suck when it comes to frys,, I ordered a large and got a medium in a large container. Happens all the time. Its like their subtle way of saying I'm fat and shouldn't be asking for a large."
