"I Placed an order online in December 2023 to pick up in store. The item was not available, they didn’t have it in stock. I made multiple calls to the store to request a refund. I have sent emails. I got to the store again to find out they have closed the Northtown location. Although the staff was really nice all that is over shadowed by being able to purchase something online that wasn’t even in stock. Then to be completely ignored is unacceptable."
