"As the name of this location suggests, this is not a regular Best Buy. The stock is limited, consisting solely of open-box items, most of which are appliances, computers, and TVs. With that being said, you can find some incredible discounts by periodically checking the open-box prices online. From my experience, the open-box items are essentially brand new despite them being marked as “Good” or “Fair” and are usually just missing the packaging."

"Staff are extremely unhelpful.... nor do they care to help. Dishwasher was missing a electrical plug in and I didn't notice until I got the whole thing hooked up. Nor did they let me know that I needed one. Nor do they carry them. It was pretty bad as a best buy..... and it's worse as an outlet. I'll give this place another year before they close for good..... Do yourselves a favor and shop American freight or another location. This place isn't worth the headache"

"We ordered an Amana Dryer from here. Pretty straight forward process overall. Tons of good deals, I definitely recommend checking it out. They helped us load the dryer into my car, so that was very appreciated. I noticed people saying that the place was understaffed with young employees. There is definitely room for improvement, but it’s relatively new so I understand. Good place, well kept, nice deals, can’t complain."
