"We paid Erik's to have our Fatbikes brakes blead and spring tune up (ride ready) yet both bikes chains and gears are dirty and clearly not cleaned or lubed."
"Great service. Dropped bike off in the evening and was told it would be ready the next day. To my surprise they notified me the same day that it was ready to be picked up. Thank you for the great service."
"My bike was well taken care of, and the service was friendly. When I dropped off my bike, I asked if it would be washed. I was told it would be. When I picked it up, the lower half was washed but the seat back and seat were very dirty. I was disappointed that, for the approximately 200 dollars I paid, the whole bike wasn’t clean."
"I went in just to look but then I met your salesman at the Minnetonka store Cody Magnuson and bought a new electric fat tire bike. This guy is a natural. All the best Steve Farkas"
"5 for sales, 2 for service department. I've gone in to shop for boots and snow gear and they've been helpful. I called for service on my snowboard and not so much. I was in a jam because I lost my toe strap and was set to snowboard the next day. This happened to me before and I went to the service shop at a ski resort and they had spare parts and were able to find a suitable strap for a temporary solution. Erik's was incredulous at the thought of having that on hand. They said there's no way that a part not manufactured by my binding's brands would ever fit on my bindings (clearly not true since I had already done it previously). They told me to call the manufacturer of my bindings and order a new part, that they preferred not to do it for me. When I asked if there was anything they could do for me or any suggestions, they said nope, good luck, in an very negative tone. While I understand that they might not have spare parts, the tone of making it seem like I was being ridiculous and overall rudeness was off putting. I also think they should be open to having spare parts since other service departments do. I can't be the only person to need last minute spare parts. I called REI service. They were polite and had spare parts. They solved my problem immediately. Go there for service instead of Erik's."
