"I went to this school for seven years and I thought that it was overall a good school for a while. My opinion has changed though when I got into sixth grade and saw the very limited options of electives for seventh grade. I think that a proper school should give better options than, band, choir, study skills, and study hall. Luckily I didn’t really need to pursue with my choice of electives. I changed my school this year and I don’t really regret my decision. PACT is a good place for learning from Kindergarten to 6th grade. I really liked my experience from those years. But one big flaw is that the school is very conservative. We don’t get a variety of people at the school. Everyone is alike. I felt left out and or standing out. It’s very hard to get into (surprisingly). The only thing I regret from leaving this school is leaving all my friends and all my memories in the past. I loved every second there even though I hate school so much. I got along with my elementary teachers very well. The teachers tend to not last very long though. Only few teachers like Mrs. Backowski, Mrs. McDevitt, or Mrs. Hale have been there for a while and still are there. I do miss pact though. -Jazlyn Walsh, former pact student."
"I think they try to be a good school...and in some ways they succeed, but in others they miserably fail. When someone is getting bullied, amd the witness of said bullying tells the teacher, the teacher tells them to stop, and most of the time they don't. So, naturally, said student tells literally every teacher that could do anything about it...and the bullies still manage to convince the people that they had no part in it, and get little to no punishment for what they did, even after the witness goes into full, intimate detail. It frustrates me that people can get away with anything even after someone who saw the whole thing and tells multiple teachers goes into a whole lot of detail with full names and all. Again, they try very hard to be good, but there are some very crucial things they could improve upon, like most schools and businesses and basically anything on Earth. I just hope it changes because it's really starting to piss me off."
"I had to remove my 5th grade son with autism because they were locking him in a closet until he curled up in a ball from anxiety. The teachers working with him in his new school told me he is acting like no one in a school has ever been nice to him before."
"Teachers treat you like you are in middle school, no elective classes unless you like civil law..."
"Small town atmosphere and GREAT Vision that teaches your child conservative values. The basics are taught of what you are going to need in life and not social engineering that dumb down the children of in government schools. The results PROVE that and that is why there is a 3 year waiting list. I know teachers who work in the government schools that are on the list..... Results that count!"
