"Wow! First time in Tahoe in 25 years. My husband and I spent the weekend here for our 25th anniversary and fridays was the perfect place to kick start our weekend. Honestly the best shrimp cocktail we have had anywhere. The escargot was disappointing because it was served with mini biscuits attached to the snail...not traditional. The sea bass was cooked better than any other seabass I have tasted elsewhere. It didn't need all the extra seasoning because the texture and the way it was cooked was out of this world. The service was 5 star and the view of the lake...I cannot wait to go back."

"We had to run here after the Alex Ramon Magic show at Harvey’s and they were so kind. The timing was very close and they actually text us early to let us know they were ready. The restaurant is mean to go during daytime hours if you have not been there I am guessing since the walls are windows. We were not able to see any of the views but the rest of the experience made up for it. But I highly recommend it. Delicious!"

"It would be difficult to find a better view for a nice formal dinner in Tahoe. The Chillean Sea Bass was excellent and the aged New York strip was outstanding. I chose the Sea Bass. It was great but my wife's choice of the steak was outstanding. We chose the shrimp for the appetizer and were not disappointed be sure to save the sauce for your bread! Our service was also outstanding."

"We were very excited about going to Friday's. This was going to be our splurge meal for the trip. The atmosphere was very nice looking over the lake. We had a large table that was close to us that was very loud. There were a few who did not care who they bothered. The service was very good and professional. The food was not as good as we expected. My wife's filet was over cooked but they took care of it right away. My ribeye was cooked great. I enjoy the fatty top part of a ribeye and this one had almost none. The steaks were good but I have had better for quite a bit less. The mashed potatoes were ok. If you are going for the atmosphere it's worth going. If you are going for the food I think you can do better."
