"Cyprus Academy has amazing online ratings, I researched it all before picking and over the last year plus of having my child at Cyprus Academy I can confirm it lives up to that rating. The school continues to be founder-led and embodies the gifted child curriculum focus and ability based customized curriculum. Smaller classes, dedicated teachers, smart kids and the parent community focused on children's education all accelerate learning. All the kids are admirably articulate and with a strong can-do attitude to Math etc. and I applaud the participation from Cyprus Academy in Math Kangaroo, Math Olympiad etc. When my son joined the school he received 1-1 attention to help catch up with the rest of the class. Overall most of the kids are significantly ahead of similar public schools and this has been a very positive decision for us."

"Our son has attended Cyprus Classical Academy online starting in 4th grade and has just wrapped up 5th grade. As a family we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment we started, it was evident that this school is truly exceptional. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, and the level of acceleration is tailored to each student for ALL subjects! This has helped challenge and engage our son, providing him with a stimulating and enriching learning environment. One of the standout features of Cyprus is the quality of its teachers and their ability to teach online and in person and manage multiple platforms. They are incredibly passionate about nurturing the potential of each student and go above and beyond to ensure that every student receives personalized attention and guidance, fostering their unique talents and interests. The flexibility offered by the online format has been a game-changer for our family. Our son was able to stay engaged during Covid lockdown and we liked the school so much we stayed on as we did not want to go back! Cyprus also focused on fostering a strong sense of community. Despite being in a virtual setting, our son has formed meaningful connections with classmates and teachers. Regular online discussions, after-school clubs and team building activities create a sense of belonging and camaraderie among the students. Books are shipped to us as well as materials for projects and all craft activities and science experiments. The school's administration, led by Mrs. Wallick, deserves applause for their constant support and communication. The level of organization and attention to detail is truly commendable. The school has instilled a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom, and I have no doubt that this foundation will benefit the students throughout their educational journey and beyond."

"Our two children attend Cyprus from rural Arkansas, thanks to the school’s top notch online program. We are so impressed with the personalized schedules the school creates to suit each of their needs. Our youngest started this year at 5 yrs old, and she has thrived in an environment that challenges her yet is not overwhelming. She receives one-on-one instruction in reading and math. Our 8 year old is in his third year, and the school continues to provide classes that are perfectly suited to his learning level. The live zooms are engaging, class sizes are small, and the teachers and staff are some of the hardest working I’ve encountered. The school’s focus on “team building” has helped our virtual kids develop meaningful friendships with both onsite and online students. Both of our children spend time outside of school hours playing/zooming with friends who live all over the country. The school’s annual “visit week” allows virtual families like ours to travel to Minnesota each spring, to see teachers and friends in person. Cyprus offers a wonderful environment where gifted students can reach their full academic potential."

"Our family is endlessly grateful for Cyprus Academy, for its visionary and altruistic director, and for all the intelligent, big-hearted and resourceful teachers and staff...it is so hard to find a good school for one's children, as so many of us know, and we had some extra challenges with our own (as anyone reading this review might know). I honestly don't know what we would have done had we not found this special school. I trust totally Cyprus, their ongoing research and understanding of needs of gifted, exceptionally gifted and profoundly gifted students, and their commitment to each young person. "Cyprus Classical Academy offers an exceptional ability-based education with proven results. Cyprus students' average MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) scores place the school at over the 99th percentile in the nation in every grade and every subject. 50% of students who took out-of-level testing (PSAT 8/9, ACT, and SAT) for NUMATS or John Hopkins CTY academic talent searches in 2016-2017 were award winners. In 2016-2017, students and recent graduates of Cyprus Classical Academy's were finalists in the Regional Science Fair and subsequently won awards at the state competition. In 2017-2018, students and recent graduates have won music awards, passed high level internationally standardized Mandarin Chinese tests, won math competitions, debate competitions, mock-trial competitions, and have been chosen to participate in many highly-selective programs.
