"Walking in, Division Optical emanates an entirely different aura and atmosphere compared to other eyewear providers. It honestly doesn't feel like a shop at all, it has a cozier, home-like feel. Lisa, the owner, was a complete joy to work with. It is clear she knows exactly what she's doing, as after a quick examination, I was brought a few frames that would look good on my face. And of course, every single one was a great fit, far better than the glasses I wore coming in. In that vein, all of the frames Lisa has are handmade, and not part of the Luxottica monopoly. They are definitely of superior quality. Not only is the selection here much better in terms of durability and fashion, but the lead time was on par with if not faster than what I'm used to from other shops. My glasses arrived within 4 business days of my initial purchase, which was a god send considering my current frames were on their last legs. The store itself aside, the quality of the visit went beyond just a purchase. Lisa was a pleasure to speak to and work with. It is clear that this is not just a place to buy your glasses and go.
