"Slow, they like to blame things on everyone but themselves for not meeting deadlines or expectations. Truth is, I have ordered team apparel a lot from other reps and they extend themselves to meet expectations instead of giving constant excuses. Example, other reps will drive product to needed destination instead of relying on couriers, if their stitcher/screener won’t make their deadline then they find another one. If there’s a supply issue they’re on the horn letting you know the delays or what is available now. If all else fails, they offer cash back, with the hopes to have you back and to say that they’re sorry that expectations were not met, no matter the reasons. This is a company who has been making too much money off their clients and is now putting minimal effort into service. Do not use with the vast options out there. Excuses and not meeting expectations should nit be rewarded with profits of new business. They make no effort at compensating their poor service."
