"Booked this company to do a move more than 2 months in advance through U-Haul- Moving Help Site. The owner of the company called us directly to tell us that we needed to move the time earlier for our move because he was “getting married the next day.” We thought that this was very poor judgement for scheduling purposes on his part but we went ahead and obliged. He then called us again trying to move the whole date of our move we had scheduled because of his Rehearsal Dinner that he had to be at by 3 p.m. Our move was scheduled for 6 hours starting at 9 a.m. with just 2 helpers hired, which meant that we wouldn’t be getting both movers for the full 6 hours. We decided to cancel through Moving Help site due to his complete lack of professionalism over the phone and failure to plan ahead with or follow up with his own personal schedule at U-Haul/Booking. This is an issue that shouldn’t have been made our issue to deal with as the customer trying to move and should have been addressed directly with the U-haul- Moving Help booking. The overall poor customer service and sense of unreliability was very apparent."

"The Best Movers. Ever. I've moved 11 times since 1984. Drocic is the best moving crew by far. The crew worked steady on, handling my personal belongings with the utmost care. Surely, they handled my belongings better than they handle their own. Here's how well they treated my possessions. They handled my boxes and furniture as if they were at their grandma's house, moving her Precious Moments figurines, box by box. And grandma is sitting in her rocking chair, right near the door, keeping a close eye on everyone, making sure they're moving with deliberate speed but not so fast as to cause damage. Grandma, watching intently, is holding a flyswatter, and will, if she thinks it's needed, will lash out with a well-aimed swat, whenever she sees an issue with a worker, both real and imagined. And nobody wants to get swatted with grandma's ire. That's how careful the team was with my stuff. I'd hire then again without hesitation. Thank you!"
