"The person who took my money she was nice but the manager whoever the hell it was at 6:00 p.m. tonight try to tell me that it was illegal to smoke in my car going through drive-thru talk to an officer that I know from Morehead if she'd of actually been polite and said she didn't like the smell of smoke even though it wasn't going in their window and been courteous about it I would have actually gladly of distinguished my cigarette but from now on I will be smoking to drive through even though she don't like it she don't like it then she needs to find a different job or quit or go work in the back or something I don't care"

"Okay, I’ve always been a die hard BK girl. Today I am just sad. First, was greeted with terrible customer service. Should’ve just drove on past. I didn’t, cause I really wanted my BK. My pop was flat, whatever. I can deal. Then my chicken crisp wrap had pretty much a chicken nugget in it with a bunch of lettuce and the whole serving of honey mustard at the first bite. Okay, again I can deal. Maybe that’s what they are allowed to give chicken wise. I go to eat my whopper jr, and the meat, I repeat the meat is cold as the weather. The sandwhich itself seems to be of normal but the meat is cold. Colder than room temp. I am not the type of gal to just throw away food cause it tastes bad, I had to tell myself to not eat that because I probably would get sick. Today, I’m just sad that costed me a half hours of work and I’m left sad. I don’t know if I can stand behind BK anymore."

"I keep hoping that this location improves and it just doesn't. The interior is updated and clean. The service is miserable. Multiple times we have waited in the drive through and have not been even acknowledged. (They say low staffing is the cause, but this has been ongoing for over a year.) Again, yesterday, waited in drive through, then finally parked and walked in. There were 4 customers inside that already had their food and drinks. No one else in the drive through or building and we were treated as a huge inconvenience by the front, who I believe was the manager. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and an order of hashbrowns. The sandwiches were fresh and hot but hashbrowns were ice cold. Disappointing."

"Ordered Drive thru- asked to go out to the front while they prepared our order. After a 20 minutes wait, I go inside say I have been waiting 20 minutes the lady responds “it just hit 20 minutes, we are still waiting on your fries” I walked out and let my husband go in and handle it. It was another 5 minute wait! We only had ordered 3 whoppers and fries!!"

"What a bunch of barely there mouth breathers you got working there. Show up to pick up a door dash. I'm told it's still being worked on... mind you I can see sandwiche prep area. Nothing being made. After 5 minutes of waiting finally started bagging the order. Sandwiches already sitting there were the ones to go into the bag. No sandwiches were made while I was there.... absolutely pathetic."
