"Visited the post office today around 2pm and was never greeted by the "Customer. Service Rep". As I stated "Customer Service" was not present. The Rep was rude and unprofessional."

"Every single time I’ve called the post office to check up on things they’ve always been so incredibly rude. I don’t know if it’s just because they’re on the phone and they don’t care or what? The only reason this is getting a 2 star instead of 1 is because the person who I normally bring my packages too, they’ll ship them and do everything perfectly. For some reason the people who answer the phones are just rude."

"I’ve gone up to the post office 6 times already for them to change my mail box was given two different sets of keys remind you I requested this a week before the fair and still haven’t gotten changed they write down my information and nothing ever gets done they have literally even told me that they were going to do it that day on numerous accounts. Worst post office ever. Workers are lazy and rude and don’t care about their jobs. They should all be fired. If I could rate lower I would"

"They need to start reading the mail before they deliver it. Expertly when there is 100 and 102 people that live at the same apartments on the same streets. They need to train there temp and drivers better. They also need to leave the package in the mail area. Not bringing them back to post office and say it was tempted for delivery. They didn't even ring our bell and ask if we were are home. I gave them 3 start because of all the trouble I have had with the trf postal service."
