"New boat owners to the world. Went in on a Thursday evening to Parks Marina in Sioux Falls and was introduced to Steven. Let me just say if you are even considering a boat this guy deserves a phone call. Extremely knowledgeable about the whole lineup of boats the had to offer. Helped my wife and I settle into a boat that was right for what we wanted to to. What’s next is why I’m writing this review. A week before the 4th of July he gets us in for service, answers all of our calls and text messages, and makes you feel like your a member of his team. Never did I think we’d own a boat, but now after the past few weeks I don’t know how we could ever go back. Hats off to Steven and the Sioux Falls Parks Marina location."

"We bought a pontoon boat from Parks Sioux Falls a year ago. Pleasant experience dealing with Steven. Noticed fuel guage not working. We sent an email looking for help on how to replace. Steven called within a day. He had records showing they had replaced the guage so it must be faulty or wired wrong. They replaced the guage at no cost and Derek talked me through installation. Working perfectly. Now that is a great example of customer service. Everyone from the receptionist to sales to service were friendly and helpful. "After having parks repair a cable last season I returned the boat this year for trouble with the same cable not only were they unwilling to warranty and stand be their work they quoted me a price double what I paid last year for the same repair. I purchased this boat from parks and have had them do all the repairs, winterizing and purchased all my accessories from them but after this my boat will rot away before I ever give parks marine another dime of my hard earned money."

"Took my boat in Monday morning to get my outboard water pump replaced and they called before noon on Tuesday saying it was done. Incredible turn time and great price on the job. These guys just gained all my future business that's for sure!"

"New in Sioux Falls. I took my boat there the first time and the work was done much quicker and cheaper than i expected, it was a full tune up. The second time i went there they did not disappoint me, very quick turn around time and very reasonable price, under $100 for a bilge pump change. Both times I took my boat there were in the middle of the busy season, once in spring and once in summer."
