"We dropped our boat off to have the motor looked at. They changed the water pump…and left a massive scratch on our motor!!! I will never use them again for anything! Thanks for responding but let’s be honest! Should we mention that 1: we picked it up after hours because we didn’t want it sitting out in an unlocked area. If it was so easy for him to get it out image how easy anyone else could..?? 2: how could you not notice the scratch!! YES my husband did try to buff it out with wax that evening hoping it was a surface scratch…we weren’t so lucky. 3: Soo Sports was contacted the next morning! You replied after hours so nothing we could do then! 4: should we mention that you have asked my husband multiple times for me to change my review!!! Negative reviews are not meant to be changed by the poster but for the company to look and see what went wrong and fix it…sorry you don’t like honest reviews! You did make it right I ageee with that 100% you handled it very wrong when you told my husband to have me change my review."
