I reached out to the company to inquire about patch or repair kits. Customer service reponded immediatly and sent me a brand new money/card clip!! You locked up a customer for life FC!! Nice follow through and great product!!"

"I think the concept of re-purposing old ball gloves into wallets is super neat. Props to Fielders Choice for coming up with this product. For the wallets, they look very good in pictures but to validate other reviews, be aware that the leather can be soft and the wallets can wear out prematurely. My experience is I received a money clip wallet as a birthday gift and now the magnet clip is wearing right through the leather. For a $129 wallet (gift or not), the quality simply isn't there for the price you pay. When I inquired about warranty, I was told that since I was not the original buyer there was nothing they would do to help. Final assessment: While these wallets are unique, ask yourself if you want to spend between $100-$200 USD (I am a Canadian buyer so its even worse with the exchange) for a wallet that is going to wear out pre-maturely. If my experience was a one-off, I would ask that FC warranty my wallet and I will send back the defective one."
