"Went to the store to pick up a package, unfortunately received a package for someone else (with a very common name I know it can be easy to do) when I called the store to inform them, they were extremely apologetic and offered to hand deliver the package to me at my home. It was extremely helpful to have them do that for me, as I use a walker for mobility and can’t always walk there"

"Josh the manger is awesome he’s at multiple fargo and west fargo ND locations. Everyone is so nice even though they are busy. The printing services are awesome too great morale at the stores!"

"Efficient and staff were welcoming and helpful. With Amazon returns there is an ongoing line of a few people, but it moves quickly. Parking in this strip mall is tight. Probably wouldn't bring a bigger truck in here."

I had to pay for packaging, but I anticipated extra charges for printing labels. They took care of all of it for me. Saved me a trip to USPS too. I was in and out super fast. 100% recommend."
