"Completely incompetent title company. They never sent me my final numbers for closing and my realtor had to send them during the closing (we were in another state as we had already moved). Absolutely unacceptable to not see this mandatory information. This is after I had already requested this information. They never apologized or anything and just told my realtor it was a misunderstanding. Misunderstanding between themselves I guess because they never communicated with me about it. Look elsewhere if you want things done right."
