"Today I called to ask if I could come in, Robbie Joe asked what time, and I was there at 2:15 p.m. I had a wonderful time! . I’d discovered having a conversation on the phone with the Beltone app and my hearing aids! Robbie Joe was so patient with me. She first cleaned the hearing aids and changed out the filter, then showed me how to use my aids with my phone as well as suggestions for best audio. AND, she showed how the app will find my aids if I lose them! Robbie is so patient and I really enjoy visiting; it is like seeing a friend I haven’t seen in a while. Missed Shelly today, but next month."
