He leaves a voicemail irritated with me that I’m not answering my phone when I’m expecting him to be at my house at 9 AM like we discussed the day before, and says he doesn’t care that I’m a lawyer, but I need to call him back and let him know if I still want him to come. What part of 9 AM did he not understand? Unfortunately, there are many rude plumbers in the Hot Springs area, and Roto Rooter’s Walter is one of them. Avoid Roto Rooter and call someone else."

He even took a peek at my dripping faucet, told me the $5 part I needed, called a local supplier to have it ready for me, and it worked! Thankful for these guys. Definitely recommend."
