"I went for a pre-op and had the forms with what was needed. Was told my lab work from the month before was good and didn't need any current lab work which seemed strange to me. Luckily the hospital called ahead and saw my lab work was not current and ordered it for me ahead of surgery. I would have had to reschedule my surgery if this wasn't caught in time. Do I had to make an extra trip to get my pre-op physical finished."
