"I give them a one star because there nothing below that. For starters we paid for services this month we are in now So January. Doug his self has picked up 2 bags of trash the whole month. He will slow down when he passes the house but doesn't stop. I went down to the next house and talked to the man myself in person. And ask him why he picked up a cash payment first of the month but didn't get the trash. Then the last 2 weeks he has drove pass the house and never stopped. The wife would make sure she was outside to see if they would stop. And they will answer the phone and Debbie her self told us last week. If we didn't like find different trash service."

"I called in bc they took my whole trash cam, I also asked about how long I paid through last time bc I prefer to pay ahead. Apparently they didn't receive the last $100 payment I left in cash. No solution offered when I called, she was polite but just unbothered by my concerns. So now I need to buy a new trashcan and pay for services I had paid. Won't leave cash again for sure"
