"Great park with tons of hiking trails. The waterfall was super pretty."
"Very nice trail system around the lake but could use more map signage in addition to the trail markers and blazes. Trails were otherwise well maintained and easy to traverse. This area is very rocky so it provides a good challenge but would be difficult for some. There is a section of paved trail right at the front of the park and awesome views from the top of the dam."
"Follow all marked trails. Carry a compass. It's worth hiking the entire lake to come out on top of the dam. It was a beautiful site."
"Had a great time hiking this trail on a Friday morning in late May. Almost no one was around and it was as peaceful as can be! Not a lot of rain recently, so the streams and waterfall were not as active as I imagine they can be, but we still saw some running water at the little waterfall offshoot. Definitely bring water, spray yourself with bug spray, and wear some good hiking shoes! There are some wooden "bridge" crossings to pass over and a few benches to rest on along the way. It was a shame to see litter (abandoned cans and plastic water bottles) along the trail. But will definitely go again!"
"My family and I have enjoyed the park and trail for years. While it was pretty today we were so disappointed to see that people have vandalized the trail map and the waterfall rock sign. There was also a ton of litter. Until today we haven't seen any issues. Really hope people continue to take care of the beautiful trail."
