"I have had the worst customer service at this location every single time I have gone in. I used to use the Taylor St location but when we moved the Hillcrest was much closer so I switched and immediately switched back. I'm not sure if the girl I dealt with is still there, believe her name started with a D but she was very unpleasant and seemed bothered by me needing my clothes every time I went in. I'm leaving a 3 start because we have had an incredible experience with our clothes being delivered to our home. Costs the same as dropping them yourself and our delivery man is so sweet and friendly. Jeff, thank you for changing my opinion on Hangers and making me decide to keep my business with Hangers! I hope the powers that be see this and you get credit for how much you go out of your way for your customers!"

"I asked him before I drop my suit off if it would be ready before court which is 3 days away. They said pick it up in 2 days at 5 o'clock. I showed up to pick it up at 5 o'clock the night before court the only thing they're out of the three pieces I gave them was the coat the Blazer. No dress pants no dress shirt. They had sent my pants to a different store for cleaning. For some reason it turned into my responsibility to drive to the other store to get my pants. So I did problem is they sent me to a store that no longer exists. They tell me I had to be there by 6 it was 5 o'clock traffic and the store they sent me to with an old one that they had sold. So I had to find a new one online. Then I get home I think everything's good wake up for court and next day go to get dressed by dress shirt was not with my suit this is the worst store ever"
