"The guy overseeing the laundry Location saw me bringing my stuff in, doing multiple trips and once I have it all inside he tells me he can’t let me wash past 8:45. The time was 8:47 perhaps over 3 minutes while I brought my clothes inside. He ended up not letting me wash and having to carry my stuff outside again. It occurred Monday Feb, 5th. On location, 4600 W 12th st. This was an older man that rejected my business."
"I am an old man and wanted to relieve myself its really hard to hold my urine. Attendent let a homeless crazy person into bathroom he stayed in the bathroom bathing himself for about one hour. Attendant stayed on his phone did nothing. Did not sweep or clean out dryers. Just sat. With headphones on. Could not use women's restroom . Because women were present in the laundry mat. So I suffered. Zero care for job. The smell post bathing was chockly bad. I went next door the grocery store to relieve myself. Otherwise dryers and washers are the best."
"By far the best laundry mat I have been too in the state of Arkansas!!! A homeless guy came up and was harassing everyone for water and money. After giving both as many people did the attendant at the facility told him to stop and go away. He left and we were able to leave the building without feeling some type of way."
