As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the Twin Cities, Rachel specializes in diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and interventions to help clients navigate through various concerns and issues.

At Heartstrings Counseling, we offer filial therapy services for parents looking to strengthen their attachment with their children, as well as child-centered play therapy for children aged 2 and up who have experienced trauma. We also focus on nervous system regulation through a mind/body approach.
