"Same day scheduling" when they have absolutely no same day availability EVER. But despite that they'll mess with your schedule and hang you out to dry. Nexus of hope? Nexus of pay us and good luck getting an appointment because we don't care."

"only giving it two stars because the front desk lady attempted to advocate for me. the provider i was given (Alaba Kehinde) ignored all of my symptoms i listed and insisted i just had relationship problems. when i attempted to clear up that my symptoms (the few symptoms that had to do with another human) happen with every friendship, family member, etc, he would not accept my answer and his only suggestion was that I need therapy for my relationship. ignoring every other problem i explained and only focused on how certain things make me anxious around my partner. after feeling ignored and unheard about my problems which was very hard to get help and come forward about, being dismissed over and over put me back to 0 and makes me not want to try to get help again. I called the front desk to try to get assistance and tell them about my experience hoping i can get another provider and the receptionist really tried to advocate for me to her supervisor but its policy that they force the patient to keep seeing the provider for more than one session. I could not stand to go back into another video call with the provider i was given after feeling so disrespected and put down. Unfortunately I had to leave nexus because they could not accommodate me or do anything about the behavior i was treated with. I originally was very excited because of thia company being one of the only telehealth I could find that could help with BPD but after being gaslit and no ability to get help, it leaves me to write this and warn other potential patients."
