"This place is great!! I've been going here for around 4-5 months now after going through a few (not so great) therapists. I was recommended to Shaida and I completely understand why. Therapy has always been a scary thing for me and Shaida has changed my perception on it. I love that I was given the opportunity to meet over zoom as well and how much comfort I get from this place. Thank you Collaborative Counseling and thank you Shaida for being amazing!!"

"For all of you that need to go to therapy. Please stay away from this place. They will lie to you about the pricing, they will tell you that they will randomly charge your credit card with out telling you the price. I have asked multiple times how much our sessions were going to be. The business office, transferred me to the "therapist" First off, the therapist shouldn't be in charge of the billing. That is why you have a billing department. She could not tell me how much she charges and told me that it is just going to be a random charge. Needless to say, I called today after my card was charged $292.00 randomly WITHOUT a BILL, with out notice and with no discussion. I called the office and they said that normally they don't charge cards unless the bill hasn't been paid for months on end. However, I never got a statement, I never received any mailing or email. I was not over due. The office person stated that it is weird that she charged my card when I never knew how much to expect or a notice given in email and or any other information. She then calls back hours later and states that the "therapist" isn't willing to refund my money back and let me pay as we are able to. She asks me if I NOW want my billing statement sent to me. That is all i've asked for how many times now. Never Ever give them your credit card to have on file if they do not tell you how much it is going to be. They can not randomly take money from your card with out you knowing how much it is going to be. Go somewhere else where they have a written out policy on how much sessions are."
