"I definitely will never go there again. I had a $396 jacket cleaned, and instead of checking for the rest of my jacket she yelled at me that It wasn't with the jacket (5 parts) here comes the guy from the back with my parts to my jacket. Nasty girl She was More worried about her dog (I'm highly allergic to) than a customer. then she lied to the manager he Called me and set my jacket outside on a shrub. Definitely don't go there unless you're good with dog hair on your clean clothes and a chicken Head yelling at you when she knew nothing. And to hang anyone's clothes outside regardless of price is unprofessional but the girl upfront topped the cake. Easy fix the guy that drove the van knew exactly where my jacket parts were but she wouldn't go ask him for me. Horrible experience definitely Won't recommend a place like this full of dog hair and a snotty lazy girl upfront. Nope go to hot springs cleaners anywhere but there because the owner is just as bad for allowing her to treat people that way and to put clothing outside is wrong. Not recommended ever"

"Very high prices. I saw another review say the same thing, and the owner responded saying something like "well one of your shirts was $6 on it's own." This only seemed to be proving the person's point."

"Did a great job on cleaning my coats and bag. Did a good job on my drapes too but the pleats still don't add up right. But close enough I am good with their service and I did change my one star to a four star review. They did contact me very fast (when the price did not add up in a big way) and that is great service. God Bless."
