"I am trying to contact you to inform you that one of your Rise buses, #518, is driving absolutely erratically down Bunker lake boulevard. There's a blizzard out right now and they are speeding and riding my tail. They swerved around me and we're riding an anoka county utility truck's tail as well. They ran a red light, and there were passengers in the bus!!! I'm trying to call you but you guys will not pick up the phone! Your business hours are still open! Your bus driver is a maniac on the road and somebody is going to get hurt! This occurred today March 26th 2024 at around 3:15 p.m. roughly."
