"Took my jacket to have it dry cleaned and a small 1 inch repair under the arm, in the seam, sewn. They said they couldn't repair the small opening???? Confused as to why not but ok. I got my jacket home and looked at it and it was just as dirty as it was when I dropped it off!!! Not happy! It only looked like it was pressed but that's it! Also, I took out a thread and needle and repaired the hole myself in less than 5 minutes! The ladies were very nice but the quality of work is definitely lacking!"
