"I think Matthew could be a great therapist but unfortunately I found him to be very unprofessional as a business owner. Our first session, the front door was locked and we waited outside in the cold a long time before another business owner let us in to the building. Matthew was unable to even give us an estimate of how much the sessions would cost through our insurance until after we had completed 3 sessions and missed our FSA deadlines, and he has no way of notifying you of appointments. No call, no email, no text reminder, not even a paper card. In my experience it felt like he was happy saying we had something on the books and charging for it without any notification and that was super disappointing. He also did not return my call about this issue. I would warn folks to steer clear of this “practice.”"
