"We sent an arrangement for bereavement to a family member. The flower presentation was unacceptable. Mediocre quality is considered satisfactory at this establishment. The manager, who never called back after 2 phone calls, stated they would discount 25%, which is an insult to their lack of customer service as well. The employee that created the arrangement even admitted to making a mistake on the floral presentation. A grocery store would be a better option with the level of quality and service being offered at Springdale Flower Shop."

"I received an arrangement for my birthday. The arrangement arrived around 2pm and by the next day many of the flowers were dying/wilted. I changed the water and did not expose them to extreme temps. I'm a teacher. The heat/air shuts off at 4pm in our building and it was in the 30's that evening. When I contacted them and sent pics I was accused of exposing the flowers to heat. There is no way they were exposed to heat. After going back and forth over text, I was offered $20 worth of flowers that I had to drive across town to pick-up. I asked for $20 credited back instead. I was not asking for a full replacement arraignment. More than anything I didn't expect to be treated rudely. Good customer service goes a long way. The customer service I received was disappointing."

"I absolutely LOVE Springdale Flower Shop! I have had flowers delivered to me and i have had flowers delivered for me.... i have NEVER been disappointed. Every time i have called the store, anyone who answers the phone is always so friendly, fun, and very helpful!!!! Rusty (the owner) even donated a very important piece to a loved one's funeral that was amazing. I will never use anyone else!"

"Expensive but worth it! I paid for a deluxe package, asked for 2 lilies and 2 tulips, ended up with 4 lilies and 5 tulips!! They definitely put in the amount you pay for, and don't skip out! I booked from California for a friend here, and it was definitely worth paying the local store, rather than an online store!"
