Therapy Junction

"Not extremely pleased at this moment. Will adjust review if it changes. We were recommended here. I called in the summer, was told would have immediate openings. Told me they never received my paperwork. Sent it twice. Called the first week of September told they were re doing schedule. Got called back and told I was out on a waiting list. It’s now mid-ish October. I called them to adjust availability, told me I would get called today. We will see. If I do not I will have to look elsewhere. Ridiculous. Be upfront and honest. I have been told 4 different things on the phone."

"Can’t say enough good things about Therapy Junction, especially the owner Jennifer! Being a special needs mom herself, Jennifer was patient, kind and loving towards my little pumpkin. As a parent, the most important thing for me is my child’s safety. My kiddo was in fight or flight the majority of his toddler years and Jennifer was the only one who could connect with him. Experiencing the connection they made gave me comfort that he was in great hands and I could see the difference she was making in his life! I was confident that my son was physically and emotionally safe with Jennifer and Therapy Junction. They were the resource that I needed to help me understand my child’s sensory needs and help me open his world to new things. Jennifer is reliable, energetic, knowledgeable and has integrity which is difficult to find these days. Jennifer is an out of box thinker and advocate for children with special needs and will collaborate with any other professional or family to help the children she works with. "If all your therapists are leaving, maybe listen to the message being received. Because if you’re losing that many employees, especially established long term employees, it is time to reevaluate how you are presenting yourself as a business. There are many events that led me to this 1 star-rating, I will keep them to myself knowing I cannot keep my composure. Staff is completely comfortable dead-naming clients and guardians. I as a young mom, find myself being treated differently here. Also without ever even talking to me my children got taken off the schedule and were put back on a waitlist. In my experience I have found Therapy Junction does not care about communication or children. I feel my children were only seen as money, not as human beings who deserve respect."

"I had a great experience at Therapy Junction. We have been there for almost 2 year and never had a problem. All staff are very nice. Some are very knowledgable and very willing to go for extra mile to help. The owner is very professional also. I would recommend this place to anyone."
