"I hired this company for my taxes this year. I first met with them in February and had every document they needed for my taxes uploaded to their system by the first week of March. They never let me know if they received everything or updated me on their progress. I had to checked in to get any updates. And then despite having everything in well before the April deadline they gave me, they still didn’t get me my returns until April 18th. Mind you, I had to message them to ask if they were even done yet that day as I still hadn’t received communication. I placed checks, including their own payment, in the mail that day. Now I’m getting a bill from the IRS for my payments being late by a few days. When I checked in with them and asked for them to resolve the issue, as they are the ones who waited until the last minute to return my taxes, they had the nerve to say they would have to bill me for their time to fix their own error, and that they would be nice and “not bill me for the emails back and forth” ABOUT THEIR MISTAKE. I paid $500 for their services. And now I get to pay another $100 to the IRS for their delays. Absolutely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."
