"I hired Anna for legal services against a client that owed me money. Anna completely dropped the ball, she was in charge of taking payment installments from the client. She said this would be the best way to recoup the money. As months passed I believed Anna was taking payment and it was going into an account. Later I find out that she forgot to tell the client. THEN Anna has the audacity to try to charge me for a 15 minute phone call that she made to FINALLY tell the client she is passed due and what the payment arrangement should be. We lost all momentum and client never paid. I would NOT RECOMMEND this law firm. I'm out close 1000 I paid Anna for nothing and out close to 2k from the client."
