"This was the first time we have had to change tax professionals in ten years. Our normal "national chain" office closed early due to the "off season" and our normal tax lady was already let go due to the virus. The virus I get but they didn't extend their office when the deadline was extended. That is unacceptable. So we were more than a bit nervous to make a switch. But Brenda and Leslie talked us through it and eased our fears. And boy oh boy in the end I am happy they did because Brenda at Speedy Tax is AMAZING!! She got us right in at crunch time. She was extremely professional and thoroughly went through every aspect of our tedious taxes. She explained everything and had them ready on the agreed upon time! Her price was less than HALF the national chain price. I feel like I have been being taken advantage of for ten years from the national green chain until I met Brenda Boggs! One thing to note is that you have to pay your bill when they are complete. They are not able to take the bill off your refund. But to save have the price, just plan ahead. You will not regret switching. We will be back every year. She is our new tax lady!!"
